About the Course

Day one will start with a session on identifying risks and defining your RCSA.  The morning will finish by discussing how to implement an operational risk framework and how it benefits the business and its interaction with other functions.  The afternoon will start with a session on how operational risk impacts the different regulations that energy firms need to be compliant with. A session on cyber risk and how the impact of incidents can be reduced will end day one.

Day two will start with a session on different controls and how these are effected if a company is US listed. This will be followed by a discussion on identifying and measuring conduct risk and how you approach the sensitives of reporting this. After lunch a presentation on operational risk management for projects will discuss the risk wheel, regulatory constraints and review of risk management strategies. The course will end with a case study of implementing a risk culture and its link with conduct.
