He headed their Fixed Income and Absolute Return fund research as well as their broader multi-manager team, developing expertise in High Yield, Leveraged Loans and Emerging Markets debt David was a member of the investment committee at BPERE and had built tailored asset allocation solutions for high net worth clients. He started his career at J.P. Morgan where he worked on the Masterswap desk. David holds a master’s degree in Finance from Audencia Nantes Business School and has attended the MBA program of Georgia State University in Atlanta, GA

After a 10 year stint as an officer in the army, Jan accumulated over 20 years of experience in the financial markets.
Before founding RiskConcile in 2015, he was based both in London and Brussels, where he was a managing director at KBC Financial Products. He was responsible for the equity derivatives desk (trading and structuring). After that he took an assignment as a risk manager and became in 2007 head of risk management at Jabre Capital Partners, a Geneva-based hedge fund management company.
In his spare time, he loves to cook and read a good history book.

Rutger Olthof is a Principal Trader at NN Investment Partners. He is currently based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands and responsible for trading Fixed Income, Currencies and Derivatives. Rutger has more than 9 years of experience in financial markets. Prior to NN IP, Rutger was a Senior Trader at ING Bank, specializing in corporate market making in EUR Investment Grade Credit. Rutger holds a MSc. in Financial Engineering and Management from The University of Twente, Enschede and BSc. in Industrial Engineering and Management from Eindhoven University of Technology.
Until end 2016, I was based in London and worked as a Quant & Strategist specialized in FICC markets, macro & relative value strategies on the buy-side/sell-side (Gazprom M&T, J.P. Morgan Securities, North AM). Then, I moved back to Luxembourg to launch an innovative project in a new and expanding ecosystem: FinTech. In 2017, I co-founded GOLDBAUM, a B2B Research-as-a-Service platform for buy-side institutions where I am now running the day-to-day business & research. I graduated with a Magistère from Paris Dauphine University and wrote my Master thesis on exotic options & convertibles pricing.
